  • compensation for mobbing, discrimination, correction of a certificate of employment,
  • employees' ordinal responsibility: objection to imposing of an ordinal penalty,
  • petition for revocation of a warning, reprimand or financial penalty,
  • accidents at work,
  • representation in the course of court proceedings.
